Description
New design for Reinmuth; can't find the old one, and this one is neater anyway. I think. He's got a pendulum motif down the side of hit pants. Besides that, it's just kind of crazy. I just slapped the cape on in Photoshop because i was tired of working; the rest was done in Painter.
