Smodrinan uniform

The new submission scheme is seriously driving me batty. XD DevART really needs to add a "character design" category.

I put this in Misc because it's not quite what I'd call a fashion illustration. Certainly this drawing is not itended to be the basis of any sort of sewn clothing (though I wouldn't discount the idea wholly).

This is the uniform of the Smodrinan Space Navy. You might recognize it from the Ivan portrait - this one has been updated slightly. Now you can see both the base uniform and the cape!

EDIT;; I fixed the collar and added more decoration to the cape to break it up. I think it's prettymuch finalized now!

I also decided that on the back of the shirt is the same eagle logo as the cape's front, just larger. I bet that looks pretty neat!
